Eric Kearley
Eric has more than 20 years experience of investments and M&A’s. He has worked with Corporate Venture and investment departments, high net worth individuals, Venture funds and Private Equity funds.
He enjoys excellent contacts with Corporate Venture bodies, investors and investment funds. Erics corporate background includes senior position in the Telecommunications, media and hospitality industries.
A true internationalist, he is of Swedish-British origin, and has lived and worked in nine countries, covering more than 40 markets across Europe, Middle East, Africa and APAC.
Eric holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden, a Master of Business Administration from Ashridge Business School, United Kingdom and a Diploma in Leadership from Auckland University Business School, New Zealand.
Glynn Reece
Glynn Reece is a graduate of Oxford University, and a Qualified Solicitor. For the past thirty–six years he has been involved both in entrepreneurial activities as a founder of four successful businesses and in a full range of Corporate Finance specialisms including deal origination and research, buy and sell side advisory and fundraising through public and private markets.
In 1990 he was a founder Director of Neurotechnics Limited, a distributor of neurosurgical equipment which is still trading profitably today. In 2002 he was a founder Director of Judges Scientific Plc, an AIM listed company -a buy and build in the scientific instrument sector and one of the most successful companies on AIM. Since listing at a share price of 95p Judges has bought over 20 scientific instrument companies and has grown its market capitalisation from £2m to £700m and the share price from 95p to £100! In 2003 he was a founder Director of Nathan Alexander Limited a fund- raising business that between 2003 and 2010 raised over £70m of equity for early- stage tech, media, and real estate companies.
